Who, what?
I am a professional photographer, writer and illustrator, but also a lecturer, teacher and an aspiring comics artist. Summer 2024 and Autumn 2022 I enjoyed working in Harlem, New York City for Kota Alliance in PR and event marketing. I enjoy freelancing and joining temporary posts and projects.
In 2022 I provided communications and PR for events and festivals in the City of Hamina, Finland and after that, in 2023, I was a news reporter at Kymen sanomat -newspaper in Kotka. In 2020-2021 in Helsinki I created content and comms for digital projects and some simple code-related contribution for the Ahti-mobile website pilot at Helsinki City / Department of Culture and Leisure.
In 2018 edited and designed my book about a pioneering indie radio station in Helsinki in the 1980´s and freelancing in Nairobi, Kenya. Since then I have been happy to design book covers as a freelancer for Huippu.
First half of the 2015 I spent working as a communications specialist for Finn Church Aid in Amman, Jordan, then two months freelancing in Thailand.
Surprising amount of snow in Amman, Jordan!
For the time being I am staying in Finland.
